The Ant and the Grasshopper

Once upon a time, during a very hot summer, there was a grasshopper who didn’t like to sweat and struggle. The grasshopper was lying under a tree branch, while an ant walked back and forth carrying many things – food, pebbles, sticks, etc.
Once upon a time, the Grasshopper Carpentry was waiting for their clients on the door, knowing that they would come sooner or later “because I make quality windows, because I have always sold like this and everyone has always listened to me”…  And there was the Ant Carpentry which, on the other hand, wanted to stay informed, attended training courses, studied to stay up to date, PARTICIPATED IN THE JTF Method and evolved, looked for new sales tools and after all this research its profits increased.
Time ran and the winter arrived.
The grasshopper wandered through the fields and meadows, picking up something to eat here and there and sheltering from the cold randomly. The ant met the grasshopper and watched it with pity. “Dear Mrs. Grasshopper, I remember well the hot summer days when, while I was struggling to get supplies for the winter, you sang on your fresh branch. This time I will help you and feed you. But you have to promise me that next summer you will help me get supplies.”
Time ran fast also for the Grasshopper Carpentry which, having renounced innovation in products, services, business skills, organization, production inefficiencies), finally went bankrupt.
One day, Mr. Grasshopper knocked on the Ant Carpentry’s door looking for a job, relying only on his experience in producing wooden windows.
Mr. Ant said to the former competitor: “Dear Mr. Grasshopper, I remember well the days when I spent money and time to participate in training and refresher courses, when I traveled around the cities in search of the JTF Method … look at how my sales have increased, look at how my profits have increased because I applied step by step, with effort and sweat, all what I leaned at the JTF Method … look at how my employees and my customers prize me today … “
