6 days ago (and we’ll go on) our guys started taking part in internal training (4 hours each day) at different levels:
– Training on commercial functions
– Training on productive functions
– Training on organizational functions
– Commercial bases for technicians
It’s great to have this time when everyone is available at the same time (in Mantua, in Rimini, in Salerno, in Brescia, in Verona, in Trento, in Padua, in Spain …) and we can share information and vision to be even stronger when we’ll start again. 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
As always, everyone has difficulties, but the huge difference is in how they are dealt with.
It’s all about … MENTAL MINDSET 🏆
