What does Industrial Craftsman mean ?

Industrial Craftsman is like saying “the craftsman of the future”.
Why is it needed?
Because today’s market has changed … so much.
Today the market is made up of small and extremely varied lots.
Can the craftsman handle small and varied quantities? NO, or at least not with the profit needed to guarantee the future of the company.
Can the industry handle small and varied quantities? NO, because it doesn’t have the numbers to survive and it is hard to provide the flexibility that today is needed .
So here comes … the mythological figure of the Industrial Craftsman … half Craftsman (in structure) half Industrial (in thought).
Industrial Craftsman is the mix, the union of the 2 realities of the past with the aim of being competitive and profitable in the contemporary market, which means:
– Flexible -> able to make tailor-made products
– Organized -> capable of producing even small quantities while preserving profit
Who should work in a 4.0 Carpentry shop if not an Industrial Craftsman?
