What you see here is the letter we received that a few days ago (May 2020), it was addressed to my son (10 years old). The council member for the environment of my region has understood that correct choices can be made only when you are AWARE.
How do you get aware customers? There is only one way… through: EDUCATION, INFORMATION
And you, dear manufacturer of wooden windows:
– are you educating your customers?
– do you know how to educate your customers?
If your customers aren’t aware, you don’t have to get angry if they choose certain products, it’s not their fault. 🤷🏽 If you don’t know where to start… you have a big problem.
