Everyone wants to improve but… You have to deal with…

“Do you want to improve?
If you ask a real entrepreneur, in 99% of cases he will answer you … “OF COURSE!”

I would say that an entrepreneur who does not have the desire to improve in his DNA has the wrong job (there are many).
But what does it take to improve? Money? Tools? Knowledge? Technology?
Undoubtedly these are all useful things but … they are not the main answer.
Well then, what is the point? TIME TIME TIME TIME!!!
There is no on/off light switch for improvement.
Improving is a process that requires TIME.

Too often people buy technologies, learn strategies, take courses, but then get caught up in a daily frenzy, they cannot make it work as they hoped and they stay exactly where they were before.
There is always something “more urgent”, “more important”, “more blah-blah-blah.
I myself had to carve out part of my schedule to give life to the JTF Method, otherwise it would not have been born and it would not have been alive.
If you want to improve, you MUST also plan the time you need to do it.

Personally, if I have to choose between :
1) managing 10 customers and have no time to improve or…
2) managing 8 customers and being able to carry on my improvement process
…I’ll choose the second, I’ve always chosen the second and I’ll always choose the second.
What did you choose instead? And from now on, what will you choose?
