Silvia and Luca, daughter and son of the owner of FLS Foffano, a company that has worked for three generations with carpentries, asked themselves what they could do – in a world where the rules of the game are changing – to make a contribution to the change?”.
They decided to help the wooden window and door manufacturers, their historical customers, giving them the great opportunity to learn about the JTF Method.
Silvia explains her decision to support her customers: “The JTF METHOD is an interesting and valid training opportunity for carpenters and window and door manufacturers, who have shown us their desire to be trained and take a challenge… why should we not give them this opportunity, since there are very few around?
If our customers are happier, we are happier… why should we not offer it? Networking and investing in relationships is very important in this moment!
