How can you win competitions if you’re a bodybuilder with duck feet?

It’s summer now, they are coming out of hibernation and you can see these mythological figures with a half wardrobe with 6 doors (the upper part of the body) and half duck (the legs) in the municipal swimming pools.
They are a bit funny to see but they remind me so much of many Italian carpentries … and this instead makes me cry, a lot.

Craftsmen who think that being a good entrepreneur means:
– having the biggest shed in the neighborhood …
– having the most expensive CNC machine in the neighborhood …

And then within their budgets not a single Euro remains for:
– Making yourself presentable online
– Making commercial material that has a semblance of modernity
– Training on new technologies and new skills
– Have corporate control tools
– and much more …

Many companies are completely unbalanced… just like the bodybuilders at municipal swimming pools

But in the end, who do you think wins the races?
Does the orange-footed Hulk win or does the one who develops in a harmonious, homogeneous and balanced way win?

So why should it be different for our companies?
