Raise your hand if you think it's a walk in the park...
The reasons I normally hear are ...
1) Labour costs are too high
2) Competition from foreign countries
3) The generational change
4) Too many taxes
5) Competition of new materials
6) Costs for securing everything
7) blablablabla ...
Are they all bullshit?
Unfortunately NO ... indeed they are all simply true ... BUT...
There are also carpentries that despite all these points ... are fine, they are full of work, they make profits, perhaps less than once but they still have the margins to invest in technology, marketing ...
And then the question should be ... Is there a way to be (or get back to being) successful with my carpentry company?
